ScoreVision Support Team: Playing Through The Buzzer

And just like that, basketball season is almost over. Our support and product teams were champions over the past few months as their hard work and dedication shone throughout the entire season. Our customers use their ScoreVision system outside normal business hours, requiring our team to work countless evening and weekend hours in order to monitor the systems and provide customer training and support.

The ScoreVision ecosystem served over 4,000 games and delivered more than 430,000 media plays this past season. And we’re excited that we ended the season with a 100% customer satisfaction rating — a testament to our team living the ScoreVision Core Values each and every day!

Improving processes and ongoing product development are top priorities at ScoreVision. The slower spring months will give our product and support teams additional time to develop new, sport-specific apps, test new features being rolled out for our Producer App, and create additional resources that customers and students can leverage in the future.
