ABOUT THE POSITION:
If you have evenings and weekends available, we’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Customer Support Team. If you want to be a part of a team that is revolutionizing the game-time experience in schools across the nation, this could be your next career!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Be able to work weekday evenings and weekend day/evening shifts
      • Weekday hours range from 3pm – 10pm
      • Weekend hours range from 8am – 10pm
    • Operate as the first point of contact for any and all matters specific to supporting our customers
    • Provide Tier 1 customer support
    • Be able to think critically to assist our customers with computer/hardware situations
    • Engage in positive customer interactions via phone or email in a technical environment
    • Train customers on our software and systems

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
    • Must possess strong interpersonal skills over the phone
    • Must be technology-oriented
    • Must maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
